Registration for GriefShare Thursday P.M. Support Group Fall 2020
Description

GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and support group designed to provide help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend. Participants may opt to attend on campus or via Zoom. Our group is led by trained, caring lay members who have experienced grief themselves and want to help you through the difficult days ahead. Meetings begin on Thursday, August 20 and will conclude on Thursday, November 19. Meet in the Barnes Learning Center (second floor of Founder's Hall) Room 210 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This cycle includes a special class entitled "Surviving the Holidays." Sessions will include video teachings, small group discussion (support group) and a personal workbook for personal study exercises that reinforce each weekly session's topics. There is a one-time registration fee of $15.00.

GriefShare provides grief recovery support groups meeting throughout the US, Canada and in over 10 other countries. The program is nondenominational and features biblical concepts for healing from your grief. 

Instructions
GriefShare sessions are "self-contained" so you do not have to attend the sessions in sequence. You are welcome to begin attending our GriefShare group at any point. We do ask that you please register online beforehand. For those opting to attend virtually via Zoom, please contact the Care office for Zoom login credentials. Click on the blue start button below to register.
