Are you grieving the loss of a spouse/partner? Or do you know someone who is? The daily emotions and challenges can seem too hard to bear. The passing of a spouse/partner can affect every area of your life.

St. Luke's will host a special online GriefShare workshop entitled "Loss of a Spouse" on Sunday, January 23 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Zoom. Our free program is led by our GriefShare lay team who have experienced intense loss themselves and lead weekly GriefShare sessions. You'll also meet other grieving people who are mourning the loss of their spouses/partners and share an understanding of what you're going through. Included with attending this special workshop is a participant workbook with encouraging exercises to read, work through, and apply to your personal situation. You'll view a video and hear insights from respected Christian counselors, pastors, and psychologists as well as advice from people who have lost a spouse/partner. Learn to work through your grief and look to the future with a measure of hope.

This free program is open to anyone who has suffered a loss of their spouse/partner no matter how long ago the spouse/partner has passed. We hope you'll join us on Zoom where you can participate from the privacy and comfort of your home. Online registration is required for this event. Please contact the Care office at 407.876.4991 ext. 262 if you have additional questions.
