Registration for GriefShare Wednesday A.M. Fall 2021
Griefshare is a special online weekly support group designed to provide help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend. Participants will attend sessions on Zoom from the comfort of their homes. Our group is led by trained, caring lay members who have experienced grief themselves and want to help you through the difficult days ahead. Meetings begin on Wednesday, September 1 and will conclude on Wednesday, December 8. No meeting on Wednesday, November 24 (Thanksgiving week). Meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon via Zoom. Sessions include video teachings, small group discussion (support group) and a personal workbook that reinforces each week's topics. This cycle contains a special class entitled "Surviving the Holidays." Participants will need to purchase their workbooks directly from GriefShare and they will ship it directly to your home.
You are welcome to begin attending our GriefShare group at any point. Each session is "self-contained", so you do not have to attend in sequence. You may also pick up any sessions you missed in our next 13-week cycle.
GriefShare provides grief recovery support groups meeting throughout the U.S., Canada and in over 10 other countries. The program is nondenominational and features biblical concepts for healing from your grief.
GriefShare sessions are "self-contained" so you do not have to attend the sessions in sequence. We do ask that you please register online beforehand and to obtain Zoom login credentials.
