Details:

This team works with our Commit Team to support families in need of a reception following an on-campus funeral/memorial service. The functions would include setting up food tables, reception items and drinks and replenish as needed during the reception. Clean up would take place after the reception.

Schedule:

Normally receive 2 to 3 days notice on reception date and time. Team would arrive one hour prior to the reception start time for setup and preparation, assist with replenishment during reception and then would need about 45 minutes for clean up.
