The Care Visitation Team provides follow-up care in partnership with St. Luke's pastors during illness, hospitalizations, and long-term care. Connect with St. Lukers to give relief, hope, and compassion during their time of illness/recovery. Make follow-up phone calls for additional support.

Prepare crockpot-ready meals at 7:00 p.m. in the Building C Kitchen the first Thursday of the month. Participants need to be age 12+.
