Gentle Yoga
Fridays 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Gymnasium. Classes are $2. Drop-ins are welcomed. Gentle yoga is a slower paced, more nurturing and meditative form of yoga designed for all bodies and suitable for people with medical issues or chronic conditions. Instructor: Cathy Carter
